What We Teach

1. We teach that the Bible is God's written revelation of God, and thus the sixty-six books of the Bible given to us by the Holy Spirit are the Word of God equally inspired in every part. WE teach that the Bible is the only infallible rule of faith and practice.

2. We teach that there is only one God, eternally existing in three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

3. We teach that God the Father is holy and full of lovingkindness. He is creator and sovereign over all, ordering and accomplishing all things according to his divine purpose and grace.

4. We teach that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and that he is coequal, coeternal, and consubstantial with the Father. He was begotten by the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary, and he represents humanity and deity in indivisible oneness.

5. We teach that the Holy Spirit is coequal, coeternal, and consubstantial with the Father and the Son. The Holy Spirit executes the divine will with relation to all mankind. We recongnize His sovereign activity in Creation, the incarnation, the writing of the Bible, and the work of salvation. He works within believers to illumine scripture, manifest spritual gifts, intercede and produce power for living.

6. We teach that man was created directly by God in the image of God and is endowed with intelligence, rationality, volition and moral responsibility to God. Man sinned and thereby incurred not only physical death, but also that spiritual death which is eternal seperation from God; and that all human beings are born with a sinful nature and manifest themselves as sinners in thought, word, and deed.

7. We teach that salvation is through belief in Jesus Christ alone. The Lord Jesus Christ died for our sins, according to the Scriptures, as a substitutionary sacrifice, and that all who believe in Him are justified by grace alone, though faith alone on the grounds of His shed blood alone.

8. We teach that all who receive by faith the Lord Jesus Christ are born again of the Holy Spirit and thereby become the children of God.

9. We teach the resurrection of the crucified body of our Lord, in His ascension into heaven and in His present life there for us, as High Priest and Advocate.

10. We teach that Jesus Christ will, without warning, catch sawy his church, before the Tribulation. we teach that Jesus will return to the earth at the end of the Tribulation and usher in his one thousand year kingdom.

 11. We teach a future, bodily resurrection of all humans for judgement. Those who were in fellowship with God through Jesus Christ while living will have eternal fellowship with the Father, and those who did not have fellowship with God through Jesus Christ will receive everlasting conscious punishment.
